The Canine Athelete

Canine sports have become very popular. Injury prevention is something we should all be thinking about for ourselves and our canine athletes as we engage in these activites. Conditioning plays an important role in avoiding injury. Your regular agility classes may not be enough to get your athlete in top form for competition.  Be sure to warm-up sufficiently before your event or training session, cool-down afterwards and don’t forget to stretch.
